Pittsboro, the Fearrington House is one of the finest country Inns
in North Carolina. Each room is created with its own unique character - European antiques, original

Windy Oaks Inn
The Windy Oaks Inn
is Chapel Hill's only bed and breakfast, located less than five miles from the
campus of the University of North Carolina. This Piedmont style farmhouse, and
the former home of Pulitzer Prize winning playwright laureate and author Paul
Green, is nestled on 25 acres among the towering oaks for which it is
named.
This country retreat, which dates to the 1890's, has been lovingly renovated while respecting the historical integrity of the home. The Windy Oaks Inn offers a tranquil escape to a more peaceful time. Guests can explore the grounds on the Triple Trunk Trail; relax on the patio under the shade of 200 year-old oaks; enjoy the deep croaking of the bullfrogs in the fish pond; or curl up with a book in front of the fire in Paul Greenšs cozy, comfortable library. Tastefully furnished in a Southern eclectic, primitive stye, the Inn offers five rooms, including two suites (two rooms have fireplaces). Inn at Bingham School
An award winning inn convenient to UNC Chapel

of the Bingham School, a preparatory school for young men awaiting entrance to

The Castle on Silver Lake in Ocracoke
The Castle on Silver Lake has two different types of accommodations. The B&B is in the main house and features eleven rooms, furnished with antiques. Each one has their own bathroom and some offer a view of the Silver Lake, the harbor where the Swan Quarter and Cedar Island ferries dock. The innkeepers serve a full buffet breakfast in the morning and an afternoon snack. B&B guests also have access to a custom-made pool table, complimentary bicycles, an outdoor pool, and a poolhouse with sauna and steam showers.
The other accommodation on the property is the Castle Villas. They have 1, 2, and 3 bedroom suites and studio bedrooms. These do not include breakfast but have their own kitchen or kitchenette. Villa guests also have access to the bicycles and pool area.
Also on site is the Deep Blue Day Spa. Amy Borland Hilton, massage therapist, offers therapeutic bodywork, body treatments, facials, and Deep Blue Indulgences.
